You only need to register once for all sessions.


NASA employees and contractors need to submit their NCTS requests (NCTS # 48252-23).  This only applies to NASA personnel.  NASA employees are requested to contact [email protected] for vendor information required on the NASA training request form.


International Visitors


International registrants will need to provide some required information and documentation, including a copy of their visa and passport, in order to attend the symposium in Building 3. NASA Ames Research Center requires at least 3 weeks to process larger groups (10+), and smaller numbers of individuals require at least 2 weeks to process. Should visitors hold citizenship and/or having been born from/in a designated area, this will require at least 20+ business days to process due to additional vetting through NASA’s headquarters.
